Order Process & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it becomes a binding agreement. If you need to cancel or change your order, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you. However, cancellation may not always be possible once work has started.

Delivery & Installation

• Delivery: We’ll deliver your flooring on a scheduled date. Please be sure someone is home to accept delivery. If you miss the delivery, we’ll work with you to reschedule.
• Installation: Our skilled installers will ensure a professional fit. Ensure that the area is ready for installation, and if subfloor preparation or other work is required, we’ll notify you of any extra charges.

Product Guarantees

We offer product guarantees provided by the manufacturer. These usually cover defects, but not wear and tear or accidental damage. We advise following our care instructions for long-lasting results.
