Agreement to Terms

When you place an order with Simple Floor Ltd., you agree to these terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

Orders & Cancellations

• In-store Orders: Once an order is placed, it’s a binding agreement. If you wish to cancel, we may not accept it after work begins. Additional costs may apply if we incur any expenses.
• Price Changes: If the final price differs significantly from the original estimate, you have the right to cancel and receive a refund.
• Cancellation Rights: Customers who purchase in-store are not subject to a cooling-off period.

Product Inspection & Delivery

• Inspection: Please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery. Report any damages or discrepancies within 48 hours.
• Delivery: Delivery times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee exact arrival times. You must ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.

Installation

• Preparation: Ensure the area is ready for installation. If extra work is needed, such as subfloor preparation, additional charges will apply.
• Fitting: Installation services are provided by our qualified partners and may be subject to additional fees for complex work (e.g., stairs or intricate cuts).

Subfloor Preparation

If your subfloor needs remedial work to ensure a proper installation, such as smoothing or ply boarding, you’ll be informed of additional costs before installation. If you decline this, the job will be considered “supply only.”

Product Guarantees

We ensure that our products are of satisfactory quality and conform to the agreed specifications. Manufacturer guarantees may vary and are generally limited to defects and not wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper maintenance.

Delivery & Collection

• Third-Party Delivery: We work with third-party carriers for product delivery. If the delivery fails due to your absence, you may incur a re-delivery fee.

Returns: If you need to return an item, we will assist with the process, but any returned goods must be in their original condition.
